Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting

Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need.

This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

8hrs non-billable orientation
Call-back Holiday and OT multipliers: 1.25%
Call: 4/hour
Charge: 3/hr

2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required
May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required
BSN preferred

Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

NOTE MT ASCUTNEY 3 STRIKE RULE FOR CALL OFFS (enforced immediately):

After 3 call offs a travelers contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at Mt Ascutney Hospital and Health Centers discretion
Each call off must be communicated to the unit supervisor at least 1.5 hours in advance

Vermont

Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
