About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager with strong experience in the Life Sciences Services (LSS) domain. This individual will support key account growth initiatives drive new opportunities and perform on-the-ground legwork to identify and qualify business across the Life Sciences sector.
This role is ideal for a sales-driven detail-oriented professional who thrives in client-facing environments and understands the unique ecosystem of biotech pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned Life Sciences accounts within the LSS portfolio.
- Conduct extensive leg work to identify opportunities map stakeholder groups and expand account penetration.
- Support the Senior Account Director with proposal creation client presentations and pursuit strategies.
- Engage with Life Sciences and biotech clients to understand project needs and emerging trends.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Track forecast and report on sales pipeline and client activities.
- Assist in driving new logo acquisition within the Life Sciences domain.
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
Required Qualifications
- 7 10 years of experience in sales account management or client engagement-preferably within Life Sciences Services / LSS.
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences industry landscapes including biotech medical devices and R&D services.
- Demonstrated track record of client engagement opportunity development and account expansion.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform field work meet clients and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Work Authorization: US Citizens and Green Card holders highly preferred.
