Job Summary
1. Accounting & Tax Management
o Manage US accounting taxation and compliance in coordination with CPA
firms.
o Oversee Indias accounting taxation and statutory compliance with CA firms.
o Ensure accurate financial reporting budgeting and audit readiness across
jurisdictions.

2. Operations & Administration
o Drive financial controls MIS reporting and process alignment.
o Provide oversight of HR operations and administration during scale-up.
o Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth business
operations.

Qualifications
5 6 years of experience in accounting and taxation for US and India.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP Indian accounting standards and cross-border
compliance.
Experience managing audits and working with CPA/CA firms.
Ability to handle operational responsibilities alongside finance.
Masters degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
