Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Behaviour Based Safety BBS - Management
o Release audit schedule and Monitor audit adherence and update to all.
o Update the audit observations in BBS report and circulate to all.
o Follow up with audit observations and send closure report to management.
Incident / Accident
o Maintain near miss and incident register.
o Follow up the accident report and track the corrective action completion.
Safety committee
o Update the responsibility of safety committee all members including leader.
o Conduct monthly meeting.
o Ensure MOM and closing of action points.
The Safety Officer is responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous / unsafe conditions / acts and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
And maintain work permit systems without any deviation.
Ensure mock drill once in 2 months emergency lay out updated and safety month celebrations.
Employees periodical health checkup reports maintenance and further action.
