Background check MANDATORY
Due to additional onboarding requirements a meet and greet is required for all new hires.
Candidates must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini Client or onsite location as indicated by project team to meet with a Capgemini team member prior starting their assignment. If the candidate is not local travel covered by Capgemini. If travel is involved and after selection the candidate declines the offer costs will be paid by vendor and not Capgemini.

Description and Location
Core responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum events: Organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Scrums Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor: Guide the team on Agile principles and Scrum values helping them become more self-organizing and skilled.
Remove impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles or blockers that hinder the teams progress.
Protect the team: Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus.
Support the Product Owner: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is properly prioritized and managed.
Promote continuous improvement: Encourage the team to improve their processes and the quality of their work.
Foster communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and between stakeholders.
Required skills and qualifications
Agile and Scrum knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile methodology and the Scrum framework.
Leadership: Servant leadership and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and address challenges effectively.
Facilitation: Proven experience in leading meetings and decision-making processes.
Education and certification: A Bachelors degree is often required along with a relevant certification like a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Experience: Previous experience working on an Agile team is often a prerequisite.
