Quality Document Systems Management is responsible for the development deployment and maintenance of controlled documentation and supporting systems. Typically is vocationally qualified with limited work experience. Develops knowledge and skills in basic practices and procedures within own area. Applies basic technical skills and knowledge to complete assigned work. Works on straightforward tasks using established procedures; work is subject to review by others. Depends on others for instruction guidance and direction.
Job Duties include:
| Labeling and filing of DHRs |
| Creation and filing of DHR Service Records that cannot be filed by the service team because no DHR exist in drawer (Blue Divider) |
| Packing up files that have met their record retention period due to space in the DHR file room |
| Filing of any Quality or Environmental records that are placed in bin outside DHR file room |
| Updating Table of Contents & Binder Revision and Controlled location chart and updating binders if needed as a result of CR release |
| Issuing copies of archived draft procedures to Production or Service floor or whenever needed. |
| Managing Weleski and off-site DHR request |
| Managing Service files in Service cabinets |
| Shifting/rearranging cabinets when the cabinet is too full |
| Labeling of cabinets |
| Issuing of new document / procedure numbers for the site |
| Creating / updating Supplier profiles in MFG Pro |
| Sending CoCs and testing data and scans of DHRs when requested |
| Completing requisition forms for supplies |
