Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED (required)
Some college (preferred)
1 year of clerical experience (required)
Data entry skills: 4500 keystrokes (required)
Knowledge of health insurance benefits/requirements (preferred)
Coding knowledge: ICD-9 CPT-4 (preferred)
Attention to detail & HIPAA knowledgeable.
Strong customer service telephone computer keyboarding and communication skills (required)
Some knowledge of medical insurance
