Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled MEP BIM Modeler with 23 years of proven experience delivering BIM models for US-based projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit including the ability to create and manage parametric families for Mechanical and Plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop manage and update Mechanical and Plumbing BIM models in Revit for US commercial and residential projects.
- Create modify and maintain parametric Revit families to support project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with architects structural engineers and other disciplines to ensure clash-free integrated models.
- Interpret and apply US codes standards and project specifications within BIM workflows.
- Support project teams with shop drawings schedules and detailed documentation.
- Ensure model accuracy consistency and compliance with BIM execution plans.
- Collaborate with project managers and BIM coordinators to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 23 years of experience working on US-based MEP projects.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP with advanced knowledge of parametric family creation.
- Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Understanding of MEP systems design and documentation standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality BIM outputs.
- Exposure to BIM 360/ACC platforms
