Core Functions: End-to-End HR Operations & Administration
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR operations including recruitment onboarding payroll employee relations performance management and statutory compliance.
Oversee office administration facility management and general operational support.
Develop and implement HR policies SOPs and organizational processes.
Handle employee grievance management and ensure a positive work environment.
Coordinate directly with the Managing Director for strategic HR initiatives and organizational improvements.
Manage vendor coordination office maintenance travel arrangements and administrative activities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR audit requirements.
Candidate Profile
candidate with 2-4 years of proven experience in end-to-end HR and administration.
Strong communication leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to independently manage HR & Admin functions with minimal supervision.
