THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR RETAIL SECURITY SITE SUPERVISOR
THE SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time evening position from 2 PM to 10 PM.
YOUR ROLE:
In this evening role youll oversee a team of guards ensuring schedules run smoothly and coverage is complete. Youll be the go-to expert for client management assessing safety measures recommending improvements and leading responses to incidents. Every day youll combine leadership strategy and hands-on action to keep the site secure and the client confident.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience in security management with a focus in retail
Preferred qualifications include experience in employee disciplinary processes and performance management as well as demonstrated leadership.
