As a Multi Modality Tech you will offer quality patient care to all patients within two or more medical imaging departments. Multi Modality Techs will perform high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs. Follows standards of safe radiation practice. Demonstrates leadership abilities and is a role model for other associate technologists. Acts as a clinical resource to unit personnel and upholds current standards of practice for the unit.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:
- 1 year imaging experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Registered Technologist Radiology ARRT (R) required
- One of the following advanced certifications: ARRT(MR); ARDMS RDCSRVT; ARDMS RCSRVT; ARDMS RDMSRVT; ARRT RT(S)RT(S)(VS); ARRT(N); NMTCB required
- One additional modality certification (for a total of 3 certifications in radiology)
- Basic Life Support throughAmerican Heart Association required
Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs frequently and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
Friday - Sunday nights 7-730a
