Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns as needed to boost sales leads.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in sales customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset.
- Able to work a varied shift some during the day some during the evening and Saturday
- Previous experience with inbound and outbound calls strongly recommended
- Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record
