| - Define and drive the product vision strategy and roadmap in alignment with BMW Markets Stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Have ownership of functional backlog requirement with timely delivery.
- Collaborate with BMW market stakeholders and IT DevOps.
- Perform forecasting effort estimation and planning of DevOps effort to ensure business requirement fulfilment
- Conduct resource planning timeline capacity workload distribution and stakeholder management.
- Exciting coordination between global and local teams requiring seamless communication.
- Working into Agile Model which require customer workflows and functional test as a part of acceptance.
- Deliver professional presentations at management-level.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout the product lifecycle.
- Travel availability up to 25% Domestic and Globally.

| - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to convert complex business needs into actionable technical deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Must have technical skill | - Proven experience as a Product Owner with the ability to translate business needs into functional epics user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills along with strong presentation abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools including JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.

Good to have technical skills | - Experience in resource planning including time capacity and workload management.
- Knowledge of forecasting and business estimation techniques.
- Ability to create functional test cases and support customer validation/UAT.
- Product delivery experience.
