Job Summary
Position: Registered Nurse CVICU
Location: Fort Walton Beach FL 32547
Shift: Days Only (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Compensation:
$27.72$34.32/hr (10 years experience)
$39.60/hr (15 years experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10000 Days
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5000
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CVICU Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will deliver patient-centered care perform frequent clinical assessments manage treatments autonomously and collaborate with a high-performing supportive team.
Requirements
1 year of recent acute care experience in ER ICU or CVICU
Candidates from PCU/IMCU with 2 years of experience may be considered
Active Florida RN license or eligibility for multistate compact license
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
BSN preferred
CCRN preferred (must be obtained within 2 years)
NIHSS certification required within 30 days
Responsibilities
Serve as a patient and family advocate while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
Educate patients and families on medications treatments and care plans
Deliver focused high-quality critical care to complex patients
Support a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety
