- Assist with the installation and basic support of network servers and devices.
- Help maintain and monitor local networks (LAN) internet connections and internal systems.
- Support daily computer operations and help ensure systems run efficiently.
- Assist in managing users groups and permissions in Active Directory.
- Provide basic desktop support for Windows Mac and Linux computers.
- Help troubleshoot simple network and computer issues.
- Assist with system backups and documentation tasks.
- Monitor system logs and report any issues to senior staff.
- Support IT staff in maintaining hardware such as PCs printers and network equipment.
- Work on help-desk tickets and learn how to resolve common IT problems.
- Provide remote support to users when required (with supervision).

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and common computer troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN TCP/IP VPN basics).
- Interest in learning about switches routers firewalls and network security.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization concepts (e.g. Hyper-V or similar).
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
