Job Summary

JNB Bearings Pvt. Ltd. Location: Chennai (Mannady Metro)

Job Role (100% execution)

Build and maintain automated journeys in Zoho Marketing Automation (welcome abandonment win-back upsell etc.)
Create and send 510 email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns every week using Zoho Campaigns
Design landing pages and lead forms in Zoho LandingPage Zoho Forms
Run A/B tests heat-maps and personalization campaigns in Zoho PageSense
Set up and manage Zobot (chatbot) live-chat routing in Zoho SalesIQ
Build weekly & monthly dashboards in Zoho Analytics (blending data from Campaigns PageSense CRM etc.)
Maintain clean workflows tags custom fields lead scoring inside Zoho One

Requirements

Must-Have

1.53 years of daily hands-on work inside Zoho One
Excellent written English attention to detail
