Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT systems networks servers and software to ensure smooth operations.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues promptly.
  

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
  

• Assist employees with technical support and IT-related inquiries.
  

• Install configure and update software operating systems and security tools.
  

• Ensure data backup disaster recovery and cybersecurity measures are in place.
  

• Collaborate with other teams to support IT needs for projects and digital initiatives.
  

• Maintain IT documentation inventory and best practices for system administration.
  

• Stay updated with emerging technologies cybersecurity trends and IT best practices to continuously improve IT infrastructure.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
  

• 45 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  

• Strong understanding of computer systems networks and security principles
  

• Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting
  

• Knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
  

• Experience with network devices (routers switches access points)
  

• Familiarity with backup solutions and data protection practices
  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  

• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability
