Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care including personal hygiene medical treatment and emotional support.
- Follow and implement medical instructions and prescriptions issued by physicians.
- Maintain detailed accurate and up-to-date patient case records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Administer medications safely and precisely as directed by healthcare providers.
- Ensure patient comfort and prevent complications by regularly repositioning patients and monitoring their condition.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 6 months of hands-on nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Valid registration certificate from the Nursing Council.
- Basic proficiency in English for effective communication in a healthcare environment.
- Proven clinical skills in bedside nursing patient assessment monitoring and care delivery.
Note: Training will be conducted offline in Hyderabad.
