This Position reports to:
Head of Inside SalesIn this role you will support our front-end sales team and various industrial customers during the sales phase by providing accurate and timely quotes for standard low voltage drives products. You will take ownership of sales support procedures tools and pricing activities for ABBs Low Voltage Drives business line within the Motion High Power Division in the United States.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid; New Berlin WI area.
This role is contributing to the Motion High Power Division.
Your role and responsibilities:
Provide customers with timely and accurate quotes for standard low voltage drives products.
Set up automate and maintain the processes and tools (such as SAP eCommerce platforms internal drive selection tools) to empower our customers going digital and being self-sufficient.
Provide customers with guidelines and instructions to ensure superior buying journey.
Support implementing pricing strategy risk management.
Build reports and dashboard to gain insights of our performance and customer behaviors for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with ABB internal stakeholders (front end sales product management execution tool owners etc.) to maximize the results.

Qualifications for the role
Requires a bachelors degree in business administration or related discipline plus 5 years of experience OR alternatively a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
Preferred experience in STEM related field.
Detail oriented strong analytical communication and leadership skills.
Experiences with sales tools and processes.
Travel from 10-20% required.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
