Job Summary
Job title: AI Engineer Lead

Role Description:
- Build the core intelligence behind the companys root cause analysis engine and observability stack tackling work far beyond typical fullstack or infra.
- Some of the common tasks:
- Setting up telemetry pipelines improving tooling and SDKs and building systems that reconstruct timelines across logs traces and deploys.
- Building automatic instrumentation that tracks code behavior preserves async context and improves visibility into backend operations.
- Creating codeorigin mapping that links logs and events back to exact source code.
- Designing secure sandboxes that allow agents to run checks inspect systems and validate ideas safely.
- Building multiagent reasoning systems that use real telemetry to produce correct RCAs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum of software engineering experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using AI to solve complex unstructured problems (bonus if applied to developer tooling).
- Excellent communication skills the kind that allow you to translate very complex ideas into simple clear language for the rest of the team.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering AI or a related field. (Masters Degree a Bonus)
