Position Summary

Seeking a senior cloud engineer to strengthen cloud infrastructure data protection and disaster recovery across M365 and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance on Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability high availability disaster recovery and security for 24/7 mission-critical operations.
Lead the design deployment and ongoing management of Azure cloud architecture including virtual networks connectivity (VNet peering VPN/ExpressRoute) security controls compute platforms and storage solutions across multiple environments.
Develop document and enforce Azure cloud governance standards and operational procedures to drive consistency compliance and reliable production operations.
Own large-scale Azure initiatives end-to-end coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex cloud migrations modernizations and infrastructure rollouts on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Bachelors in IT/CS (Masters preferred)
5 years cloud systems engineering including: M365 Rubrik or enterprise backup platforms and Azure AD integration.
Strong scripting/automation (PowerShell Azure CLI)
Experience building DR/backup strategies for hybrid environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
MSP experience handling urgent issues and high-volume environments
Highly detail-oriented; disciplined background
Exceptional troubleshooting experience

Preferred Certifications

M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert Azure Administrator Associate Rubrik Certified Administrator (RCA)
