Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans
- Develop new ABA programs and continuously refine existing programs
- Collaborate with directors parents and support teams to evaluate client progress
- Provide training supervision and performance support to clinicians and therapists
- Communicate with funding sources regarding authorizations progress reports and case updates
- Maintain a caseload of billable hours alongside leadership responsibilities
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or a Masters degree with ABA coursework
- Strong working knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Valid drivers license with reliable insured transportation
- Exceptional leadership interpersonal problem-solving and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (bilingual/multilingual candidates encouraged)
- Ability to perform higher-level management functions as needed
- Strong communication skills to coordinate schedules and respond to changing client needs
- Bilingual/multilingual candidates may qualify for increased base pay
