What the Role Involves

• Diagnosing servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles to high standards
• Working alongside an experienced technician team sharing knowledge and supporting each other
• Maintaining a clean safe and organised workshop
• Delivering effective repairs and maintenance with care for quality and safety
• Customer-facing when needed: discussing necessary work clearly and fairly delivering vehicles in excellent condition

• Solid experience as a vehicle technician / mechanic (main-dealer independent or equivalent)
• A skilled methodical mindset you do things properly and take pride in your work
• Honesty reliability and a mature no-drama attitude
• Good communication: able to explain work needed clearly and work with customers and colleagues respectfully
