The Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) organization is looking for a Senior Manager candidate will lead the OSC personnel assigned to a dynamic program transitioning from development to production. This candidate will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain & operations strategies proposals & program position requires the ability to exert influence on overall objectives and long-range goals of the program.

This position involves direct management of Material Program Managers (MPMs) and Program Operations Managers (POMs) supporting manufacturing activities and requires spending time in Tucson AZ and McAlister OK.

What You Will Do:

Accountable for OSC cost schedule and quality
Managing a team of (2) MPMs and (1) POM
Manage develop and lead OSC proposal activities including task descriptions and BOEs.
Interface with Customers ensuring satisfactory standards of service.
Coordinate & develop OSC requirements for all gate reviews & execute proposed strategies.
Overall ownership of the Supplier Management process.
Implement and drive process improvements that result in a healthy value chain for development and production programs.
Strong business acumen with budget and schedule responsibility.
Experience and interest in verbal/visual presentations of OSC activities plans tasks and/or delivery outlooks and program-level information to internal and USG Customers.
Experience with transition of programs from design to manufacturing.
Ability to lead collaborative teams on tactical and strategic discussions to drive results and break down barriers.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience leading personnel and teams in matrixed organizations as a collaborative leader that shares program information and requirements to enable success.
Experience interfacing with external customers and all levels of internal management.
Good interpersonal skills to influence and manage cross functional tasks.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Experience with Six Sigma/CORE tools and applications.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
