About the role
In this role youll provide compassionate person centred care that honours each patients wishes and supports families through some of their most vulnerable moments. Youll advocate for patients help families understand care decisions respond to changing clinical needs and work closely with external stakeholders who help shape each persons care journey. Youll mentor and guide staff when needed supervise students and delegate to ENs and AINs with confidence and respect. Every shift combines clinical skill with emotional intelligence cultural respect and a commitment to safe thoughtful care.

Youll be welcomed with structured orientation days both corporate and ward based so you feel settled and confident. Youll have dedicated Clinical Nurse Educators on both wards plus unwavering support from Tracey and the broader team. You wont do this work alone. Youll be guided backed and supported every step of the way.
