HR financial support:
- Prepare monthly financial reports including variances and trend analyses with a specific focus on PEX (personnel expenses)
- Support month-end closing activities ensuring accurate and timely financial data and relevant KPIs relating to PEX and headcount
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate business cases and cost-saving initiatives
- Prepare presentations and dashboards for the HR VP and key stakeholders
Accounting support:
- Reviews the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts which have been prepared by the Shared Service Center chanllenges and follows up on reconciling elements from one month to another
- Supports the Shared Service Center in the revamping of our account reconciliations in light og the ERP conversion
Education
Bachelor Degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
Must have:
Ability to travel in the US
2-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting
Advances proficiency in Google environment (Sheets mainly)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to communicate financial information to non financial stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience with financial systems (Oracle SAP 4Hana Power BI)
Ability to speak French
