The Territory Manager - Crawlspace Encapsulation Basement Waterproofing & Foundation Repair will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors distributors and customers across the territory. This role combines sales account management and business development with a focus on achieving revenue goals and promoting our trusted solutions for residential and commercial applications.- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with contractors distributors and key accounts.
- Conduct product presentations training and demonstrations for customers and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities within the waterproofing encapsulation and foundation repair markets.
- Provide ongoing support consultation and technical expertise to accounts.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing operations and technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction and success

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in territory sales account management or business development (construction building materials or related industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial building practices; knowledge of waterproofing crawlspace or foundation repair solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
- A valid drivers license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) are necessary.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel overnight regularly (2-3 nights weekly) within assigned territory.
