About the Role

RISE is seeking a creative driven and detail-oriented Graphic Design & Production Specialist in mid-January to support marketing branding and business development initiatives across our organization. This position plays a key role in bringing new property developments to life visually supporting corporate and community marketing and ensuring brand excellence across all RISE platforms.

What Were Looking For

Strong graphic design and production skills with the ability to conceptualize ideas and execute them quickly and accurately
Ability to manage multiple projects prioritize deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals including social media and digital trends
Experience with web and interactive design is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative innovative thinker with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
Positive adaptable attitude and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team

What Youll Be Doing

Research markets and create brand identities for new RISE property developments
Design and coordinate production of marketing collateral and brand assets
Manage and design websites for RISE properties
Create and support leasing campaign collateral and communication materials
Produce and support all creative needs for company meetings/events including day-of coordination
Support and execute RISE philanthropic and social initiatives
Design graphics for RISE corporate and community social channels
Assist the Marketing Manager with updating and producing marketing and business materials
Order manage and coordinate print production with vendors
Manage the creative teams photo and video library
Monitor competitor marketing activity to keep RISE positioned as an industry leader
Support production of materials for industry conferences and events
Collaborate across departments to support all RISE brands and other ancillary entities
