Job Summary

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our team at Payne Collision Weslaco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Perform body repairs including dent removal structural realignment and panel replacement.
2. Sand and prepare surfaces for painting.
3. Mix and apply paint to vehicles ensuring a seamless finish.
4. Repair or replace interior and exterior components of vehicles.
5. Inspect vehicles for further damages that may not be visible to the naked eye.
6. Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and any additional work needed.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for auto body repair.
3. Knowledge of different types of vehicle finishes and how to match them.
4. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
