Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Identify leads qualify prospective business create proposals present to clients and create new sustainable business partnerships.
- Present customized solutions that demonstrate a clear understanding of the prospective clients business needs.
- Actively drive negotiations close and onboard new accounts while working with a service team to provide service delivery.
- Expand relationships with companys current client base by selling additional service lines and expanding into new geographies.
- Actively engage hiring managers to uncover leads and open positions through thorough consistent follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of federal state and local employment laws.
- Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is strongly preferred.
- 1-3 years sales experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid drivers license is required for this role to travel between the branch and prospect/client locations.
