Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Senior Payments Business Analyst to drive business growth and innovation in our payments domain. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen technical knowledge and experience in payments processing regulatory compliance and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for payments processing settlement and reconciliation
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement payment products (SEPA) and services
3. Develop and maintain technical documentation for payment processes and systems
4. Identify and mitigate operational risks in payments processing
5. Work with stakeholders to develop business cases and requirements for payment initiatives
6. Analyze market trends and competitor activity in payments
Responsibilities
Business Skills:
1.8-12 Years of expereince
Strong knowledge of payments domain including payment processing settlement and reconciliation
2. Experience with payment schemes like card ACH and wire transfers
3. Familiarity with regulatory requirements like PCI-DSS AML and KYC
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
Technical Skills:
- SEPA INST OPF Mandatory Experience with payment systems and platforms like payment gateways payment processors
2. Knowledge of programming languages like SQL
3. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
Soft Skills:1
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
2. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
3. Ability to work independently and in teams
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
