Job Description:
As a Platform Engineer youll be crucial in building and maintaining the infrastructure and tooling that empowers product teams to deliver a high-performance fintech application. You will focus on ensuring reliability scalability and performance proactively identifying improvements and collaborating to optimize a high-traffic service. This role drives resilience and best practices across the engineering organization.

What you will do:

Build and iterate on platform tooling and best practices including SLIs/SLOs for deep performance understanding
Identify and test for potential scaling challenges across codebase compute and data infrastructure
Develop and optimize Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and manage deployment pipelines in CircleCI

The ideal candidate:

4 years in SRE DevOps or platform engineering roles specifically with high-traffic services
Deep hands-on expertise with Amazon EKS/Kubernetes RDS/Postgres and Redis
Proven track record in setting SLIs/SLOs and conducting error-budget reviews
