- Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.
Requirements
Description:
- Authors USSPACECOM J2 all-source finished intelligence products in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 206 Analytic Tradecraft Standards and the DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production per the deliverables guideline.
- Provides daily written verbal and visually represented all-source analytic support to the USSPACECOM Commander and customers across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) on foreign space capabilities including but not limited to foreign adversary space doctrine strategy communications and collections vulnerabilities platforms assembly and launch capabilities weapons dual-use systems and technologies and emerging space technologies.
- Provides finished all-source intelligence products to senior-level military and civilian personnel to assess analyze develop coordinate and publish USSPACECOM Intelligence products on the infrastructure systems components employment and vulnerabilities of all foreign space andcounterspace systems.
- Identifies emerging threats and provide opportunities to counter adversaries within USSPACECOMs area of responsibility (AOR) for the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE).
- Identifies collects fuses and analyzes raw reporting across multiple-domain and multiple intelligence disciplines within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) to provide indications and warning (I&W) help define USSPACECOM targeting priorities and to protect and defend the U.S. allied and partner nation military and commercial space capabilities.
- Supports planning developing collecting recommending and maintaining Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) to support the Commanders decision-making process the execution of the Commanders Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs) and refinement of the USSPACECOM counterspace warning process.
- Adheres to the DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production across all USSPACECOM finished all-source intelligence products and requirements.
Desired Experience:
- 20 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education:
- Masters degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
