As a Universal Banker providing backup teller and banker support across multiple branches youll help clients reach their financial goals while ensuring smooth accurate and friendly service. As a Floating Banker for Banner Bank you will provide back-up teller/banker coverage and assistance at any retail branch location within a specific geographic region. At each location you will provide an excellent experience for clients acting as the face of the Bank and process client transactions accurately and efficiently. Youll assist clients in achieving their financial goals by actively referring Bank products/services. The work location can vary daily and daily travel between branches will be required.

- In this role youll support clients in achieving financial goals by referring Bank products and services and connecting them with specialists when needed.
- In this role youll perform highquality work within expected deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- In this role youll contribute positively as a collaborative team member across all assignments.
- In this role youll maintain strong personal reliability and punctuality.
- In this role youll sell Bank products and services through inperson and phone conversations meeting minimum referral expectations.
- In this role you may open new accounts using the Banner Way sales process.
- In this role youll provide backup teller or personal banker coverage at any retail branch in your assigned geographic region with daily travel to various locations.
- In this role youll follow all policies procedures security protocols and regulatory requirements.
What were looking for
- You have a High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- You have 2 or more years of teller experience including sales experience with established goals (Required).
- You understand that an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

- Youre comfortable using Windowsbased PC applications and a calculator.
- You have solid math problemsolving and basic negotiation skills.

- Youre reliable flexible and able to work branch hours as needed.
- Youre comfortable lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds.
Travel
- Up to 50% daily travel between branches within a defined geographic region.

Compensation & benefits
- Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $ 20.00/hr
- Annual incentive potential

What youll need
- 1 or more years of teller experience including sales experience with established goals is required
- Strong organizational skills; basic skills in math negotiation and problem solving
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; proper phone and email etiquette
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills; excellent customer service skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted starting hourly range (based on experience): $18.00-$19.00/hr plus$1.50 premium on top of base pay
