Job Summary

Youll lead with initiative ensuring that clients always receive the best service and guiding your team to exceed expectations. - Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients managing lead intake via phone email and in-person inquiries.
- Accurately document and maintain all client communications opportunities and project details within the CRM system.
- Conduct onsite consultations to evaluate potential projects and develop design agreements for qualified prospects.
- Lead design agreement meetings guiding clients through our process touring the design center and presenting and finalizing proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a professional organized and positive experience from initial contact through project completion.
- Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure smooth project transitions clear expectations and consistent communication.
- Stay current on industry trends building codes and materials in order to provide informed value-driven recommendations to clients.
- 3 years of sales experience ideally in remodeling construction real estate or design.
- Strong understanding of the home remodeling process and materials.
- Proficient with CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Professional team-oriented and passionate about creating quality client experiences.
- Ability to read architectural plans and specifications.
- Valid drivers license for onsite consultations and site visits.
