Pay: $22/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 12-6 (part-time)

Location: Upper East Side

Heres what a Floating Teachers day looks like:

• Safety is our number one pillar! Ensure each students health and safety at all times through adherence to our daily protocols
• Lead and assist preschool and enrichment classes as needed by using our unique creative and original curriculum to bring learning to life!
• Foster of love for play in a warm and positive environment support your students social emotional cognitive and physical growth
• Create a strong community of parents and caregivers by sharing your classrooms day-to-day activities and developmental milestones

This job is for you if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED required
• Have a Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred
• Have 2 years of teaching experience with children ages 0-6 years old required
• Are a self-starter highly motivated dynamic and a creative team player
• Have excellent communication skills
• Are a lifelong learner!

Starting pay rate of $22.00 per hour- eligible after 90 days of employment for a merit increase to $23.00 per hour

Physical Demands:

The role involves standing walking sitting constant movement and occasional climbing. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required. Specific sensory abilities include close vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and adjustment of focus.
