POSITION - CIVIL ENGINEER - LAND/SITE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Arcadis is seeking a Project Civil Engineer to join our Design & Engineering team within the North America Places group. We are looking to grow our team of skilled multi-disciplinary engineers and engineering consultants throughout North America. This is a key location-based position.

Role Accountabilities:

• Assist in the design and execution of civil infrastructure and site development projects for public and private sector clients
• Support project teams in preparing and completing construction documents and related deliverables
• Perform civil engineering design tasks including site and roadway layout site grading and drainage and utility sizing and layout etc.
• Stormwater management design including retention/detention facilities
• Collaborate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
• Work with municipalities to obtain permits and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 or more years working on civil development projects for the private and/or public sector
• Detailed knowledge of relevant national/state standards and codes of practice
• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification preferred
• Experience working with internal or external Teams as well as stakeholders and can develop positive relationships with all parties
• Commitment to health and safety

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $66454 to $106326. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
