Job Summary

We are seeking motivated compassionate and forward-thinking New Graduate Physical Therapists to join our growing Home Care team! We are hiring for our Long Island Brooklyn Queens and Manhattan regions.

As a new grad at Metro youll receive individualized mentorship hands-on learning opportunities and the resources you need to confidently transition from student to practicing clinician. Youll work in a supportive environment alongside skilled therapists with a collaborative team that truly values your growth.

Qualifications :

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.

Evaluates a patients need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan agency policy and professional standards of care.
Instructs family members PTAs Home Health Aides and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
Preferred Certifications: First Aid AED & CPR Certifications.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85000.00-$100000.00. Salary is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography. Medical dental vision 401(k) paid time off and other benefits are also available subject to the terms of the Companys plan.
