Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Coordination
Assist in the execution of the annual marketing plan and promotional calendar.
Coordinate daily marketing tasks ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SLS tone of voice.
Support campaign development across digital print PR influencers and on-property activations.
Maintain the marketing tracker timelines and project status updates.
Coordinating with the social media Agency PR Agency and all the other departments.
Content & Digital Support
Coordinate content creation: photoshoots videography reels storytelling sessions.
Manage asset libraries photo archives brand-approved visuals and content folders.
Assist with website CMS updates (offers menus experiences) and ensure accuracy on all digital channels.
Support social media scheduling community engagement and insights reporting.
Branding & Collateral
Liaise with designers agencies and printers to deliver on-brand collateral (signage menus in-room materials brochures etc.).
Ensure all visual identities on property follow SLS guidelines.
Support the roll-out of marketing touchpoints for all F&B venues spa experiences and pre-opening activations.
