We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This role combines expertise in landscape architecture urban planning and project management to oversee and deliver innovative urban development projects.
- Lead and manage complex landscape and urban planning projects from conception to completion
- Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with PMO standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within scope budget and timeline
- Create detailed project plans schedules and risk assessments
- Oversee the design and implementation of sustainable landscape solutions for urban environments
- Liaise with stakeholders including government officials contractors and community representatives
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards
- Monitor project progress prepare reports and present updates to senior management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance project efficiency
- Mentor and guide junior team members in project management and landscape design principles
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture Urban Planning or a related field
- Minimum of 10-15 years experience in landscape management and urban planning roles
- Strong proficiency in project management software GIS and CAD applications
- Demonstrated expertise in urban development and landscape design practices
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- PMP certification preferred
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian urban planning regulations and landscape design practices
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Commitment to sustainable and innovative urban design solutions
