What will your role be
We are looking for aPMOto perform the following activities:
- Support the PMO team in managing project schedules ensuring accurate data integration across planning tools and providing timely reporting for bids and ongoing projects.
- Collect with interviews and consolidate project and bid data from stakeholders to maintain accurate schedules and reports for both bids and ongoing business projects.
- Ensure accurate data entry and integration between multiple tools (Primavera P6 Professional v22.12.10 SmartBid SharePoint) to support scheduling and reporting activities for bids and projects.
- Create and update project schedules in Primavera P6 Professional ensuring proper WBS structure activity coding and progress monitoring. Maintain baseline schedules and generate reports/dashboards for PMO and management.
- Conduct weekly interviews with bid and project managers to collect key milestones (e.g. Gate 13 award FAT SAT shipment delivery) and update relevant tools (Primavera Excel web platforms).
- Maintain end-to-end data in management systems tracking databases and reporting tools (Primavera SharePoint Lists) ensuring consistency with demand plans and S&OP.
- Cross-check and ensure data consistency across Primavera SharePoint and SmartBid for accurate scheduling and reporting.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for in you Experience and competencies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 Professional (v22.12.10) and scheduling concepts (WBS relationships constraints resource loading). Experience with tool interfaces (e.g. SharePoint Lists) is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables formulas); VBA and Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (OCM SAP) and project management tools is a plus.
Soft skills:
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Independent detail-oriented
- Problem solving
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive to solution
- Teamwork
Education:
- High School Diploma (Perito Commerciale Ragioneria); Bachelors degree in Economics or technical/scientific fields is a plus.
Languages:
- Italian (Fluent)
- English (fluent oral and written)
