Job Summary
The role
The main practices of the São Paulo office are M&A projects and finance capital markets and regulatory work. Our key transactional practices are top ranked by Chambers & Partners. We work with the worlds leading investment banks and with the largest Brazilian corporates and other multinationals.
Clifford Chance São Paulo is seeking a part-time Intern who will help with the administrative tasks involving but not limited to: business development efforts translations review of documents in Portuguese conduct due diligence and general contact with clients and local counsel (as needed).
