Job Summary
VAM Systems is currently looking for Desktop Support Technician for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Skills
- Experience in health care sector will be added value.
- 24/7 Support to all PCs with peripheral devices and for more than 9000 users.
- Provide technical assistance to endusers regarding hardware software and network-related issues.
- Support more than 9000 Employee.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers printers peripherals and other IT equipment.
- Install and configure desktop computers laptops and related hardware. Set up and maintain software applications operating systems and drivers.
- Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops including hardware upgrades and repairs.
- IT Procurement and Vendor Management to related devices and equipment.
Skills & Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation
- Customer Service certificate
- Communication Skills
- Microsoft OS knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
