Job Summary

What youll do

  • Manage all purchase orders for F&B Housekeeping Front Office Engineering and Administration
  • Ensure compliance with approved suppliers pricing agreements and budget guidelines
  • Track delivery performance verify quantities and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all vendors and maintain strong working relationships
  • Negotiate pricing terms and contracts in coordination with Finance
  • Monitor consumption stock levels and cost performance identify savings opportunities
  • Maintain accurate product and pricing data in the procurement system (EMC)
  • Ensure full documentation policy compliance and audit readiness
  • Support monthly inventory counts and cost control processes with Finance
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to understand operational needs and ensure timely supply

 


Qualifications :

What were looking for

  • Highly organized with a love for creating structure and optimizing processes.
  • Reliable detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • 23 years of purchasing experience ideally in hospitality or F&B
  •  Experience with supplier management and procurement systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus

For this position a gross monthly salary starting from 2.500 is offered. Of course higher compensation is possible depending on your prior experience and qualifications.
