Job Description:
Join a fast-growing Y Combinator-backed AI startup as a Forward Deployed Engineer. You will lead end-to-end customer implementations building critical integrations and technical systems that bring clients into production. This is a high-impact role blending engineering with customer engagement driving our mission to automate the $35B debt collection market with generative AI as we scale toward $10M ARR.

What you will do:

Build and maintain custom integrations with diverse client systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Configure and productionize advanced AI agents for each client optimizing prompts workflows and data transfers for top performance.
Translate ambiguous customer requirements into clear technical specifications and rapidly ship robust testable solutions using modern backend frameworks.

The ideal candidate:

Proficient in AWS SQL and experienced with LLMs (e.g. GPT-5) in production.
Demonstrated ability to build products from scratch in an early-stage startup personal venture or major project.
Strong communication skills exceptional work ethic and versatility across engineering disciplines with an interest in voice AI.
