Job Description:
Join a fast-growing Y Combinator-backed AI startup as a Forward Deployed Engineer. You will lead end-to-end customer implementations building critical integrations and technical systems that bring clients into production. This is a high-impact role blending engineering with customer engagement driving our mission to automate the $35B debt collection market with generative AI as we scale toward $10M ARR.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain custom integrations with diverse client systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

• Configure and productionize advanced AI agents for each client optimizing prompts workflows and data transfers for top performance.

• Translate ambiguous customer requirements into clear technical specifications and rapidly ship robust testable solutions using modern backend frameworks.

The ideal candidate:

• Proficient in AWS SQL and experienced with LLMs (e.g. GPT-5) in production.

• Demonstrated ability to build products from scratch in an early-stage startup personal venture or major project.

• Strong communication skills exceptional work ethic and versatility across engineering disciplines with an interest in voice AI.
