ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR business teams and Workday IT experts on system design decisions user experience complex issue resolution and process design.
- Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions to meet business needs acting as a subject matter expert for various Workday modules. Conceptualize designs and end-to-end processes providing expert guidance on best practices and system optimization.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership drive Workday process enhancements troubleshoot complex issues and ensure the architecture addresses all stakeholder concerns and enterprise-wide goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and trends identifying opportunities to improve the process of delivering solutions.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor Degree in IT Computer Science and/or equivalent.
- Business acumen: A strong understanding of HR business processes and how technology can be leveraged to improve them.
- Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels in the company and cross-functional teams
- Deep Workday expertise: .In-depth knowledge of Workday modules such as Core HCM Security Advanced Compensation Benefits Talent and Payroll.
- Technical proficiency: Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions including a strong understanding of Workday architecture system logic and configuration.
- Problem-solving skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues
- Minimum 10 years of recent experience working on Workday for a global professional services environment specifically in support of HR functions.
- Excel in translation technical solution that is meaningful to HR and leadership.
- Experience in project delivery framework practices including agile iterative and waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its subsets will be an added advantage
- Good exposure of senior stakeholder management skills.
