The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Nanyang Technological University Singapore invites qualified candidates to apply as Part-Time Lecturer for NM6009 RF IC Design. The Part-Time Lecturer is expected to teach this postgraduate course commencing in January 2026.
This course will be offered to students taking NTU-TUM (ICD) MSc Programme with the objective to impart to the students the knowledge relevant to analog integrated circuit design. The course will provide in-depth coverage of all essential aspects of analog integrated circuit design including System Design Considerations CMOS RF Components and Devices Low-noise amplifier (LNA) Mixers Voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) RF power amplifiers (PA) Phase-locked Loops (PLL) and Frequency Synthesisers.
The successful candidate should have extensive relevant industry experience and/or at least a PhD degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (with analog integrated circuit design background) and a passion for teaching. Past teaching experience in a similar subject at Postgraduate Level is preferred.
