Job Summary

Provides staff and clients with a broad range of services (filing scanning and mail processing) Performs other duties as needed to meet the Agencys goals and objectives.

Essential Functions:

Answer the telephone in a friendly and helpful manner Scan and file as needed Assist clients as needed Receive Mail Open Scan and Process Daily Assist with Weekly Inventory Purchasing and Lunch Planning Maintain Kitchen to ensure Cleanliness Assist Service Team with Flood Determinations & Policy Downloads & Other Tasks as needed Assist with compilation of information for Special Projects

Qualifications:

Superior communication and organizational skills Self-starter and have problem solving capabilities 3. Outgoing Attitude

Full-Time starting at $20.00/hour

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration team leadership and cross-functional partnership.
