Compensation:
- Salary: $84000 - $100000/year (based on experience)
- Pay-per-billed-hour: $70-$72/billed hour $90 per evaluation $35-$36/meeting hour
- Signing or relocation bonuses: Up to $10000
- Performance incentives: Up to $9000 annually

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to pediatric patients
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families physicians schools and multidisciplinary team members
- Provide culturally competent family-centered care
- Complete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings and care coordination
Qualifications:
Required:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Colorado DORA PT license (or eligible to obtain)
- Passion for pediatric care and collaborative practice
Preferred:
- Pediatric experience (new grads welcome!)
- Experience in multidisciplinary settings
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit 1-2 hours stand/walk 4-6 hours daily and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
