Job Summary

Responsible for in-house project management including order review layout and component specification review and analysis of cost estimates.
This position preferably would require knowledge of products and applications for the Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning Market (HVAC) as well as CAD background.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate project details between Sales Engineering and Manufacturing
Review and interpret project specifications and cost projections
Communicate with Customers and Field Representatives
Work in both Internal and Vendor Selection Software
Modify CAD drawings to submit to customer
Ensure all internal and external reports are completed in a timely manner

JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to effectively plan organize and prioritize projects
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work well with employees and customers at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Experience with AUTOCAD

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Associate Technical or BS/BA Degree preferred; preferably in Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD
Minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management (Preferred)
